⚽ Home and Away dropdowns list every team that appears in your games (upcoming + played). To add a brand-new team, pick Other (type in)… and type the name — after saving it shows up in the dropdowns and Standings. Division cards on the homepage are managed in the Divisions tab. Scores count toward Standings only when Status is Final.

📰 These are the posts in the homepage Latest News section — small picture on the left, title + text on the right. Only posts with a title + text that are NOT hidden show on the website. Leave a slot blank to hide it, or tick Hide this post to pull it without deleting. Click Publish News Posts to go live.

🏆 Each row here is a division card on the homepage Find Your Division section — only the divisions you add show up there. With no divisions saved, that section is hidden on the homepage. The individual teams come from your games — they appear in the schedule and in Standings, never as homepage cards.

🏆 Auto-calculated from Final games with scores. Every team that appears in your games gets a row. Ties count as half a win: Win % = (W + 0.5 × T) ÷ GP. A coach with teams in more than one division (say U10 and U12) gets one row per division — standings are tracked per team, not per person. This is the same table families see on the public standings.html page, so no need to publish anything.

🏆 End-of-season tournament — separate from the regular season schedule. Team dropdowns reuse the teams from your season games (pick Other (type in)… for a new team). Finals with scores crown division winners on the public Tournament page automatically.

📅 This date shows in the Tournament Day card at the top of the public Tournament page — it displays like October 31, 2026. Clear the date and save to show “Date coming soon.” instead.

This status shows in the homepage field-status banner at the top instantly. Pick one of the 3 options.

Controls the “Register Here” hero button and the “Register Now” Join button on the homepage. The link changes every season — paste the new registration URL here, or flip to Closed between seasons.

Open: buttons link to your URL. Closed: hero button links to registration-closed.html and the Join button reads “Registration Closed”.

This is the bold red text that appears in the top bar above the navigation. Keep it short - something like "Now Enrolling U4-U20".

This is the scrolling message band. It repeats automatically — just type your message once. Emojis like ⚽ work great.

💡 Sync this device's data to server compares what this browser has (games, tournament, teams…) with the live server and, after you confirm the counts, pushes this device's copy up. It also reports when this device last saved. Use it if the website ever shows older games than this admin console (e.g. after a hosting issue) — every save made in this console is kept in a backup on this device, so this browser can put the newest data back on the site even after a page refresh.
